It's called "A Question of Honor: The Genderization of Domination - Xenophobia and Misogyny in the Story of Sodom". To quote from the article, "[u]nderneath a veneer of homophobic propaganda, [the story of Sodom] is a story of Ancient Mediterranean/ Near Eastern values that is more complicated, and painful, than it seems. Primarily, the system's male-honor/ female-shame dichotomy genderizes the concept of domination, linking together the story's twin horrors of implicit misogyny and explicit xenophobia"

Re: A different take on Sodom and Gomorrah
Mon, December 1, 2008 - 6:05 PMI'd be suprised that ANY christian anarchist would welcome homosexuality. Any church that accepts such liberal "modern" value systems is exactly the wolf is sheeps clothing.
"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits".
